Who we are
moved.pt is operated from Portugal. Contact: hello@moved.pt.
What we collect and why
- Request forms. Name, email, optional phone, where you are moving from, timeline and what you need — to answer you and, with your explicit consent, to introduce you to up to three vetted professionals. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- Newsletter. Email address, confirmed by double opt-in. You can unsubscribe in every email.
- Analytics. Cookie-based analytics run only after you accept them in the banner; you can decline with one click and change your mind later. We also use a cookieless page-view counter that stores no personal data.
- Calculators. Your inputs stay in your browser unless you submit a request form, in which case the estimate is attached to that request.
Where data lives
Form data is stored on servers in the European Union (Frankfurt). Our newsletter provider may process data outside the EU under Standard Contractual Clauses.
Retention
Request data is anonymised after 24 months. Analytics events are kept for 14 months. Click statistics contain no personal data and are deleted after 90 days.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection — email us and we will act within 30 days. You may complain to the Portuguese supervisory authority (CNPD).
Cookies
Strictly necessary storage only (your theme and consent choice) until you accept analytics. No advertising cookies are set at this time.
